Besan Khamis
Besan Z. Khamis (b. 1994) is a Palestinian-American artist based in Baltimore, Maryland. Through painting, sculpture, and performance, his work examines memory, identity, and the Palestinian diaspora. A graduate of MICA, Khamis explores themes of return, resilience, and cultural inheritance. We are honored to showcase six works by Khamis in the space, including Dogu.
